With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai. With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of Resort's success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our clients. You will assist in managing the resorts Security Functions and practice the maintenance of Security standards and ensure the company complies with all Health and Safety Regulations as set by the OHASA Act.

Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Perform duties according to the Duty Roster prepared by the Cluster Security Manager.
2. Enforce discipline and report, warn or counsel on incidents of indiscipline observed as appropriately.
3. Conduct regular checks on all field officers to assure that they are alert and discharging their duties efficiently and effectively.
4. Surveillance of hotel staff to ensure compliance with House Rules.
5. Monitor movements of staff classified as suspects under investigations.
6. Cultivate informers to obtain information of security interest for prevention and detection purposes.
7. Maintain peace and order within the premises of the Hotel when dealing with criminals, trespassers, or difficult characters.
8. Participate in special functions or operations organized by the Hotel for VIPs, shows, etc.
9. Conduct regular checks and take immediate follow-up action to rectify faults and damage.
10. Reflect all activities involving the Department in the Daily Security Report.
11. Inspect and brief security officers before deployment to ensure neat and tidy appearance.
12. Be accountable for the overall performance of on-duty security personnel and all security-related matters.

1. Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
2. First-Aid level 1 certification.
3. Fire Fighting certification.
4. Computer Literacy.
5. Basic Knowledge of Fire Panel/Alarm System.
6. CCTV Experience Essential.
7. Telephone Etiquette.
8. Fluent in English Language.
9. Knowledge of operation of the CCTV system.
10. SIRA CCTV Operator License.
