Support with managing the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures, and create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs
Ensure service ability, maintenance and upkeep of all security related equipment in all premises and outlets in the Club
Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
Support with planning and coordinating security operations for specific events in liaison with respective departments
Participate in training Security Guards in all laid down drills and procedures related to safety and security standards in the Club
Monitor alarms and CCTV cameras, and maintain liaison with local Police Station, Fire Station (Dubai Civil Defence) and nearest medical institution
Monitor any security breach and write reports on incidents that occur within the Club and ensure they are documented and escalated
Coordinate with Dubai Police, CID and DCD if and when required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
Minimum 2 years experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant
Ability to speak Arabic
Excellent knowledge of all Fire Fighting equipment handling, First Aid and Life Saving standards and procedures
Detail oriented with excellent surveillance and emergency response skills
Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Possess a warm and friendly demeanor, and demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods of time
Experience in dealing with VIP guests, artists and advance security detail teams
