Managing a group of FMC's and BC's, appointing tasks and providing required advice and training in coordination with the Person Resources Division.
Report to Facilities Manager for the division KPI's, including weekly/monthly budget, functional price, energy management and other specified division purposes.
Coordinate with Proprietor and provide them records as per agreed procedures and raise issues requiring decisions from the property manager's side.
Efficient control with internal divisions to plan renter's relocation in and leave, solution purchase, and billing processing.
Take care of tenant Relocate In and Vacate experience based on firm's defined procedure and ensure the best customer experience for tenants.
Handle occupant requests throughout their stay and collaborate with Maintenance, Cleaning, Security, and DLP contractors to address occupant's service requests.
Handle communication with renters, establish lessee standards, and implement policies and regulations according to business and local authority guidelines.
Procure and manage Annual Maintenance Agreements for professional services such as fire alarm/fire fighting, lift, low voltage systems, pest control, and waste services.
Liaise with internal Maintenance Management division to ensure PPM schedules are executed as per the agreed schedule and known quality.
Communicate with Soft Service Manager to ensure internal cleaning and security services are delivered according to agreed service requirements.
Daily monitoring and management of energy usage. Analyzing utility intake trends and providing solutions to minimize energy costs.
