In order for you to be qualified for this role, you must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership hospitality security role. You will need a high level of computer literacy, Access Control & CCTV Systems Management, combined with excellent knowledge of UAE laws. You are required to have TSTI or NSI Security Manager Certificate (fresh candidates are welcome to apply) and good administration skills for monthly or client reports and investigations.

Job Descriptions

• Monitor and ensure that security officers provide courteous and professional service to all customers, staff, vendors, and suppliers.
• Extensive administrative experience, management skills, and an organized approach to leadership.
• Review and suggest adjustments to processes based on current/future environments.
• Guide, supervise, and motivate the performance of all security personnel.
• Make capable decisions and multitask, implementing analysis and critical thinking to evaluate security performance and predict issues before they arise.
• Plan and carry out regular training for security personnel.
• Brief the Security Officers daily on duties required of them. Ensure that all Security Staff are at their area of assignment and have the information and equipment required to do their jobs.
• Demonstrate highly developed communication skills, both written and oral, familiar with giving instructions and explanations.
• Possess strong experience and connections in marketing security services.
