Ensures the safety and security of all hotel guests and staff.
Ensures all regulations with regards to safety and security are being met.
Is responsible for the organization and monthly meetings of the Security Committee.
Ensures the risk for the hotel with regards to guest and staff incidents is kept to a minimum.
Ensures high rating on the annual security audit.
Undertakes full responsibility of the security officers for supervising and enforcing security policies and procedures in accordance with Pullman guidelines and ensures compliance with all local regulations.
Provides supervisory guidance and support to all security officer colleagues within the security department.
Develops, implements, and enforces the standard operating security procedures.
Investigates, reviews, and follows up on all incidents, loss, and accident reports.
Effectively resolves guest-related conflicts and ensures follow-ups.
Performs daily administration of the hotel's key control program.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Security Department and effectively enforces hotel rules and regulations.
Supervises the administration of lost and found with daily audits and exercises gate pass control procedures.
Protects hotel assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher.
Significant years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in investigation, interrogation, and establishing reports.
Certified Security Manager from Dubai Police.
Crisis management and interaction management.
Money travelers' cheques counterfeiting course by Dubai Police.
