Assistant Manager, Security

Job Summary: The Assistant Supervisor, Safety and Security will provide management and direction to Security Guards, Monitoring Employees, and Group Leaders in the absence of Managers and Directors. The priority of this role will be the constant support, command, and control of emergencies, situations, and evacuations. In addition, the Assistant Supervisor, Security, will coordinate administrative and operational functions, engage the guard force, and ensure standards based on Atlantis The Hand and The Royal Atlantis policies and contractual requirements are maintained.

Regarding You: Our ideal candidate will have a college degree, SIRA Certificate, and a minimum of 4 years' experience in a management hospitality security role. Furthermore, you need to have a strong understanding of UAE regulations, Health & Safety laws, and good management/computer proficiency skills for reports and investigations.
