Maintenance Manager - FMCG

The Role

1. Create and carry out maintenance plans and procedures, upgrading them as required.
2. Plan, coordinate, and oversee upkeep activities for machine repairs and installations.
3. Monitor equipment and spare part supply, placing orders as required.
4. Implement routine preventive maintenance to anticipate and prevent equipment failures.
5. Control the maintenance budget while ensuring best practices in the industry.
6. Develop and implement health and safety plans and procedures for handling equipment.
7. Maintain good relations with contractors and manage the implementation of maintenance work agreements.
8. Prepare and follow up on daily and monthly reports.

Needs

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in food production sectors, preferably in flour mills.
3. Ability to analyze, process, and understand problems and trends, developing effective solutions and strategies.
4. Strong understanding of computer applications.
5. Skilled in both oral and written communication.
