We are looking for an experienced and reliable Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this position, you will be responsible for providing security services to our organization and ensuring the safety of our staff and visitors.
The ideal candidate will possess an outstanding track record in security management, proven experience in the development and implementation of security strategies, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a deep commitment to customer service excellence.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
A minimum of five years' experience in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of relevant safety regulations
Proven ability to coordinate and execute security plans
Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making skills
Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure
Strong leadership capabilities with a team-oriented attitude
Fluency in English (Additional language proficiency is desirable)
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities:
Developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security policies across our organization
Working closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Supervising the installation of safety devices such as fire extinguishers or surveillance systems
Performing regular risk assessments for all areas of the organization
Investigating any incidents or breaches of security protocols
