Security Manager Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are seeking an experienced Security Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are offering a salary of 1600 per month and are willing to consider an immigrant for the role.

The successful candidate should be highly organized, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and be able to effectively lead a security team. The Security Manager is responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and assets on the premises.

Responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring surveillance equipment
2. Carrying out inspections
3. Conducting investigations
4. Determining security threats
5. Training security staff
6. Maintaining records of incidents and violations
7. Preparing reports
8. Creating security awareness programs
9. Responding to emergency situations
10. Developing relationships with local law enforcement agencies

We are looking for a candidate with minimal work experience who is reliable, can handle stressful situations calmly and professionally, has excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (or another local language), is able to work independently as well as part of a team, and is knowledgeable about the latest security technology trends.
