Security Manager Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi, UAE

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, organized, and driven individual to join a growing team as a Security Manager in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the safety and security of personnel, properties, assets, and information.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Developing and managing policies, guidelines, and procedures related to security;
2. Establishing security protocols for personnel entry;
3. Overseeing the daily operations of guards;
4. Investigating incidents related to security breaches;
5. Maintaining records of security incidents;
6. Liaising with law enforcement agencies when necessary;
7. Training staff on safety procedures;
8. Conducting regular inspections of the premises;
9. Ensuring compliance with local laws related to health & safety.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or another relevant field;
2. Proven experience as a Security Manager or similar role;
3. Ability to conduct investigations into security-related matters;
4. Knowledge of local laws related to health & safety;
5. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail;
6. Strong communication skills both written & verbal.
