Security Head

Alokozay Group of Companies is seeking a qualified and SIRA-certified Security Head to oversee all security operations and related logistical support within the organization. The Security Head will manage a team of security personnel, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure the safety of company premises, personnel, and assets.

Responsibilities:

Team and Security Management:

1. Oversee and coordinate security staff across various shifts, ensuring comprehensive safety coverage across all company locations.
2. Develop and manage duty rosters for security staff to maintain 24/7 protection, ensuring effective coverage for each shift.
3. Conduct regular training sessions on security protocols, emergency response, and best practices for all security personnel.
4. Ensure all security policies and procedures comply with SIRA standards and local regulations.

Access and Visitor Control:

1. Monitor and manage access control systems, including CCTV and other surveillance equipment, to prevent unauthorized entry.
2. Handle visitor management, including the application for gate passes and entry clearances, to ensure safe and controlled access to company premises.

Logistical Coordination and Support:

1. Coordinate accommodation for new employees at designated labor camps, ensuring all required facilities are provided.
2. Arrange uniforms and necessary resources for staff and laborers to ensure they are equipped according to company standards.
3. Work closely with the catering company to organize timely meal arrangements for factory employees and address any meal-related issues promptly.
4. Assign cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all company premises, including offices, factory floors, and common areas.
5. Submit requests for cleaning supplies and other necessary materials to the Admin team to ensure availability of essential resources.

Incident and Emergency Management:

1. Lead and respond to all security-related incidents, managing emergency response, and coordinating with local law enforcement if required.
2. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and follow-up actions for all incidents, maintaining accurate records for accountability.

Asset and Risk Management:

1. Regularly conduct security patrols across company premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
2. Oversee asset protection efforts to safeguard company property, equipment, and vehicles from potential damage or theft.
3. Conduct periodic security audits and risk assessments, implementing corrective measures as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

1. Valid SIRA Certification is mandatory.
2. UAE driving license is mandatory.
3. Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in security management, preferably within corporate, manufacturing, or industrial settings.
4. Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
5. Proficiency in creating duty rosters and shift schedules.
6. Excellent communication and incident management skills.
7. Knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and general security best practices.
8. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
9. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
10. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges.
11. Strong organizational and administrative skills for managing support tasks and personnel.
