Security Guard

Description

We are seeking a Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring premises, patrolling assigned areas, and providing assistance to employees and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
• Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Prepare and submit reports of daily activities and irregularities.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and answering questions while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
