QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

ESSENTIAL

Education

  1. High School Degree

Experience

  • At least 3 (Three) years of progressively responsible experience in security operations and customer service.
  • Strong customer service skills for coordinating with various CCAD departments, outside law enforcement, and judicial entities.
  • Proficient in the use of PCs and spreadsheets.

Job Specific Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to address the public within small and large groups of people.
  • Ability to speak and write in English is required.

PREFERRED

Education

  • Diploma is preferred.

Job Specific Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred.
  • Health care industry experience is preferred.
  • Preferred military or police academy qualifications with a focus on security and related operations.
