Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  2. Prepare and handle correspondence, reports, and documents for the MD.
  3. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
  4. Act as a liaison between the MD and other departments or external partners.
  5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  6. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and other events.
  7. Monitor and respond to emails and other communications on behalf of the MD.
  8. Maintain office systems, including data management and filing.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
