With the opening of our new Secondary building on the horizon, we are excited to expand our team and are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our Humanities department in August 2025. We are looking for dynamic, caring, and empathetic educators who can teach, lead, and grow our GCSE and new A-Level courses, becoming a key part of a progressive community school with one of the fastest-growing reputations in the region. For the right candidate, there is the potential to take on a Subject Leader role with additional responsibilities.
Candidates must be committed to working with the local community and developing ways to engage with parents and forge effective partnerships with them. The successful candidate will be closely aligned with DGPS's core values and ethos and be part of a community that blends the best of British education with a commitment to preparing students for success in a rapidly changing world while possessing a genuine understanding and appreciation of the region's values. Above all, we are looking for an astute, driven, and down-to-earth educator committed to fostering a culture of successful collaboration and progressive learning through our vision of learning together and growing together.
If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a high achieving, happy, caring, and inclusive school then we would love to hear from you.
