Job Specification

1. QTS and PGCSE/PDiP
2. Bachelor's degree in English or related subject
3. Minimum of two years experience of teaching the British curriculum to all abilities (KS3 and exam boards AQA/Pearson/Cambridge)
4. Ability and desire to teach A level
5. Evidence of outstanding student achievement
6. Commitment to raising standards for all students
7. Commitment to the values of inclusion, diversity and wellbeing
8. Commitment to develop and engage with the school's Professional Learning Community
9. Commitment to establishing a collaborative department, emphasis on co-planning
10. A level experience
