Position Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will facilitate the scrum process on scrum teams with cross-functional impacts that involve moderately complex product development.

Responsibilities

1. Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values.
2. Facilitate getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
3. Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
4. Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
5. Guide, coach, and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.
6. Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
7. Identify key KPIs.
8. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
9. Help the product owner organize the product backlog.
10. Execute all Scrum ceremonies according to the scheduled plan.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
3. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
4. Good skills to coach team to follow agile scrum, which works.
5. Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
6. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
7. Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures to understand his team needs.
8. He should have knowledge about Agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, and Agile Games.
9. Ability to take and understand his commitment to deliver the product on time.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Reporting

The Scrum Master will provide regular reports to senior management on the progress of the Scrum teams.
