Job description
Roles and responsibilities- Running a dedicated squad offshore/onshore.
- Tech background is a must and can work within the BANK ecosystem.
- Domain experience of Cash Management, Corporate banking is highly preferable with product and customization experience.
- Work with a dedicated team of developers, testers, and Product Owner to manage sprints, releases, and Scrum ceremonies.
- Maintain all project deliverables, artifacts, and financials.
- Support the PO on quarterly planning.
- Help the team to remove impediments.
- Report as per BANK standards for sprints, releases, and weekly status updates.
- Provide agile coaching to the team to work as a cohesive unit and understand agile principles.
Desired candidate profile- Deep Knowledge of Scrum Framework
- Expertise in Scrum principles, roles, events, and artifacts.
- Understanding of Scrum values (commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect).
- Ability to apply Scrum in various contexts, adapting the framework to the needs of the team and organization.
- Facilitation Skills
- Able to effectively run Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Skilled in facilitating productive meetings that encourage collaboration and transparency.
- Ensuring that Scrum ceremonies run efficiently, respecting timeboxes and keeping discussions focused.
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Coaching the team on Scrum principles and Agile practices.
- Helping the team to self-organize and work cross-functionally.
- Supporting team members in improving their Agile mindset and practices.
- Providing guidance and fostering continuous improvement in the team's processes.
- Conflict Resolution
- Ability to address and resolve conflicts within the team or between team members.
- Mediate and facilitate discussions to resolve disputes and maintain a positive working environment.
