Scrum Master

Scrum Master: A good agile scrum master with experience of:

• Running a dedicated squad offshore/onshore
• Tech background is a must and can work within the BANK ecosystem
• Domain experience of Cash Management, Corporate banking is highly preferable with product and customization experience
• Working with a dedicated team of developers, testers, and Product Owner to manage the sprints, releases, and Scrum ceremonies
• Maintaining all project deliverables, artifacts, and financials
• Supporting the PO on quarterly planning
• Helping the team to remove impediments
• Reporting as per the BANK standards for sprints, releases, and weekly status updates
• Providing agile coaching to the team to work as a cohesive unit and understand agile principles
