Serve as Scrum Master and coach to support the client in adopting an Agile framework and practices across all projects within the organization.
Facilitate agile ceremonies.
Lead the communication and exchange of information across teams. Engage with stakeholders and facilitate collaboration.
Manage tasks and activities in Azure DevOps.
Provide project, program, and portfolio management support for the client's priority projects and/or emerging priorities.
Develop program management artifacts and tools including agendas, meeting minutes, project plans and schedules, and communications materials.
Utilize an agile framework to translate requirements into user stories and collaborate with other Agile efforts across the client organization to effectively manage project activities and achievement of milestones.
Proactively coordinate with client and other government stakeholders and contractors to gather relevant information and support achievement of project objectives.
Develop reports and visualization to communicate progress, risks, issues and other information to diverse groups of stakeholders.
Support the client in planning, coordinating, and leading meetings, and keeping contents of meetings focused.
Respond to inquiries on behalf of the client.
Collaborate with client leadership and staff to determine and prioritize business strategies.
Work with client to deliver, monitor, and communicate progress toward goals
Provide awareness of risks and assessing/monitoring risk when business decisions are made.
Identify and provide recommendations on improvements across the client organization.
What You Will Need
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance
Bachelor's degree
FOUR (4) or more years of project development experience on an Agile Team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
What Would Be Nice To Have
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Agile Certifications
Experience supporting projects in an IT environment is preferred
Previous consulting experience with the federal government
Experience working closely with senior executives and clients of varying levels in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to offer solutions and articulate the business impact to clients in a clear and concise manner
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment.
