Job Title: School Receptionist

Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Nationality: Any Nationality

Vacancy: 1 Vacancy

Job Function: Customer Service / Telecalling, Secretary / Front Office

Skillset: Proficiency in English and Arabic

Requirements:

  1. Manage the school reception area and provide excellent customer service to visitors, parents, and staff.
  2. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about AGS and its programs.
  3. Assist the Admissions Office during busy periods.
  4. Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at the reception.
  5. Degree or high school qualification.
  6. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
  7. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  8. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle diverse individuals.
