School Laboratory Technician

Aldar Education is currently seeking a School Laboratory Technician. The current vacancy is based in ADNOC School, Madinat Zayed Campus, Abu Dhabi, UAE (Western Region) for Immediate Start.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare samples or chemical solutions and equipment for use in lab experiments or classroom exercises.
2. Set up equipment for use in science and/or art classes; ensure proper operation of equipment, make repairs, and report major deficiencies to supervisor.
3. Assist students in lab experiments or classroom exercises; provide instruction to students on the use of laboratory and artistic equipment.
4. Maintain inventories of supplies and equipment. Carry out the procurement process (ordering, technical evaluation, and receiving) of supplies and equipment.
5. Apply safety, health, and environmental procedures at work and guide students during laboratory sessions.
6. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science.
• Minimum two years experience as a School Laboratory Technician.
