Job Title: Student Counsellor

Job Description:

1. Listen to students' concerns about academic, emotional, or social problems
2. Help students process their problems and plan goals and action
3. Mediating conflict between students and teachers
4. Improve parent/teacher relationships
5. Facilitate drug and alcohol prevention programs
6. Organize peer counseling programs
7. Refer students to psychologists and other mental health resources
8. Work on academic boards to improve learning conditions
9. Follow up on ongoing cases
10. Provide support strategies for teachers and families

Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Social Work
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position at a school
3. Emirati candidate preferred - Arabic speaker is a must
4. Availability to join immediately
