Job Description

SAP Expertise:

• Proven track record managing multiple SAP projects or large-scale SAP programmes - Especially S4 HANA Private Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent Management) and/or SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer).
• Familiarity with other SAP modules such as Finance (FICO), Supply Chain (MM, SD), HR, and S/4HANA.
• Project Management: 8+ years of experience leading SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations, including strong command of project management tools and frameworks.
• Industry Experience: Experience working within automotive, industrial, marine, or energy sectors is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., middleware, APIs), SAP Solution Manager, and data migration processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation initiatives (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP C4C).
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk mitigation strategies, and communication frameworks.
• Manage the overall budget, scope, timeline, and quality of SAP programmes.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with business sponsors, department heads, and key stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and performance indicators.
• Establish clear lines of communication and progress reporting for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams, including internal IT staff, SAP consultants, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management for direct reports and project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Develop and maintain risk registers, conducting regular reviews and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Governance & Compliance:
• Ensure project methodologies, tools, and documentation align with our governance standards.
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and corporate policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
• Implement best practices in project delivery, including agile and waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvements across future initiatives.
• Change Management & Communication:
• Coordinate change management activities (training, user adoption, and stakeholder engagement) to facilitate smooth transitions to new SAP solutions.
• Develop and deliver project-related presentations to senior leadership teams, ensuring clarity around progress, challenges, and achievements.
