1. In-depth knowledge of SAP ISU Device Management functionalities and integration with other SAP ISU modules
2. Prior experience in implementation projects
3. System configuration for Metering activities, Meter reading functions, EDM, AMI, and related integrations as per business requirements
4. Understanding the business requirement and map it in system
5. Coordination with other modules team members and third-party application vendors for integration
6. Identify opportunities for Automation and implement the same
7. Guide technical team w.r.t. development or modification in existing functionality as per business requirements
8. Resolve day to day queries of end users
9. Carry out Functional testing and Integration Testing and document the functional specifications
10. Follow ITIL standard for application management support
