Job description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as our in-house SuccessFactors Administrator, primarily overseeing Employee Central (EC). Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is an advantage. This is an end-user role rather than a consulting or purely technical/execution function. You will be responsible for the daily administration of SuccessFactors, managing tickets with service providers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including user management and data integrity.
  2. Monitor system performance and collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize workflows.
  3. Open and manage support tickets with service providers, ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Provide internal support, guidance, and training on HR systems and best practices.
  5. Coordinate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system updates or enhancements.
  6. Maintain proper documentation of system configurations and processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  2. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (especially Employee Central) is highly preferred.
  3. Proven experience as an end-user administrator for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  4. Familiarity with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus.
  5. Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
  6. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and vendor management skills (including opening and tracking tickets).
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
