SAP BTP Consultant / Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP BTP Consultant / Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in leading the implementation of cutting-edge SAP BTP solutions. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of SAP Finance, project management expertise, and strong communication skills to lead projects from inception to post-implementation support, ensuring successful outcomes that deliver real business value.

Qualifications:

1. SAP Certified in Finance (specific certification details can be added based on your company's requirements).
2. Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering 3 or more SAP implementations of a similar nature, preferably involving SAP BTP or SAP S / 4HANA.
3. Strong domain knowledge in Real Estate and Finance, with a clear understanding of industry best practices and challenges.
4. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
5. Prior experience as a Business Analyst for a similar SAP modernization project involving SAP S / 4HANA is highly preferred.
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree a plus.
7. Minimum of [X] years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on managing complex SAP implementation projects, including SAP BTP.
8. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects from initiation through to post-implementation support, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeline, and scope.
9. Strong understanding of SAP BTP capabilities, components, and best practices, with hands-on experience in implementing SAP BTP solutions.
10. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage project risks and issues, and ensure project success.
11. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
12. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is highly desirable.
13. SAP certification in relevant areas (SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)) is a plus.
