Role & Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers
Understand their needs and wants
Advise the right services and retail
Provide Be Relax signature services (i.e Massage, manicure & pedicure)
Optimize the customer’s visit by upselling and cross-selling
Operate POS and handle the payment
Keep the spa premises neat & tidy
