The Salon Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving business growth. The Salon Manager will create a positive and professional salon environment, supervise salon personnel, manage inventory, and handle administrative tasks.

Recruiting salon staff that meets mandatory educational and licensing requirements.
Preparing work schedules for salon staff.
Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.
Creating and distributing promotional material to attract new clients.
Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behavior.
Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote salon services and attract new clients.
Monitor sales performance and implement sales targets for salon staff.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source new products and negotiate favorable pricing.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for salon staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement customer loyalty programs and initiatives to reward repeat business and encourage referrals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for salon staff, providing constructive feedback and recognition for achievements.
Identify training needs and development opportunities for staff to improve performance and career advancement.
Ensure that salon services meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow projections, and budget variances.
Develop financial forecasts and strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Graduate / Bachelor's Degree / Diploma.
Additional education or certification in salon management or related field preferred.
Previous 5-8 years of experience in a salon management or supervisory role preferred.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in salon management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
