Roles & Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily operations of the salon, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
2. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Train and mentor salon staff, ensuring they provide high-quality services to clients.
4. Monitor and maintain salon equipment and supplies, ordering new items as needed.
5. Handle customer complaints or issues, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.
6. Create and manage salon budgets, tracking expenses and revenue.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe salon environment.
