Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in El-Ain. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is a commission-based position with a starting salary of 1400$. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be fluent in Malayalee. Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position that does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
2. Present, promote and sell products to potential customers
3. Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
4. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
5. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
6. Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English and Malayalee (both written and spoken)
2. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
3. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
4. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
5. Availability to work part-time without accommodation
6. Biometric passport is preferred but not required
