As a Solution Architect, you will lead the design, implementation, and strategic alignment of enterprise solutions, with a special focus on Salesforce and its integration with other key business platforms. You will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and designed to meet both current and future business needs.

Your expertise will ensure that architectural solutions are aligned with best practices, compliance standards, and industry benchmarks. You'll also play a pivotal role in guiding technical teams through the implementation phase and ensuring that solutions are delivered with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design & Architecture
    • Lead the end-to-end design and development of Salesforce architecture, ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Marketing Automation, and third-party platforms).
    • Translate complex business requirements into technical architectures and blueprints that align with organizational goals.
    • Architect multi-cloud solutions by integrating Salesforce with other platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for enhanced performance and scalability.
    • Ensure that architectural designs adhere to enterprise standards, including security, performance, and data governance protocols.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Engage with key business leaders and stakeholders to fully understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to both IT and business teams, providing strategic guidance on how to best leverage Salesforce and its associated tools for optimal business outcomes.
    • Drive architectural decisions through the lifecycle of projects, offering leadership and oversight to ensure successful delivery.
  3. Integration Management
    • Lead the integration strategy between Salesforce and other enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics using API frameworks, middleware platforms, and integration tools.
    • Design and manage API-based integrations (REST, SOAP) and middleware technologies (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi) to ensure seamless communication between systems.
    • Guarantee data integrity, security, and consistency across integrated platforms.
  4. Governance & Standards
    • Define and enforce governance standards, ensuring compliance with data security protocols, regulatory requirements, and enterprise best practices.
    • Conduct regular architectural reviews and ensure solutions remain compliant with evolving industry standards and emerging technologies.
    • Develop and maintain design patterns and standards for Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to established protocols.
  5. Technical Leadership
    • Conduct solution design sessions and lead technical workshops to identify the most effective solutions to meet the project's business objectives.
    • Provide hands-on leadership to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring solutions are built according to the architectural blueprint.
    • Mentor junior architects and developers, providing them with guidance on Salesforce best practices, technical leadership, and solution architecture.
  6. Project Oversight
    • Work in close collaboration with project managers to ensure that the architectural design aligns with the project's timeline, scope, and budget.
    • Assist in estimating technical resources and contribute to the project planning process by identifying key risks and mitigation strategies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any architectural challenges during the implementation, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem and the broader IT landscape.
    • Proactively recommend new tools, frameworks, and platforms that could enhance the company's technical infrastructure and future solutions.
    • Participate in strategic planning sessions to ensure that the Salesforce architecture aligns with the organization's long-term goals and roadmaps.
