Salesforce Engineer

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to drive the enhancement and customization of our Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud environment. The role requires a mix of administration and development expertise, focusing on Apex development, flow automation, lead management, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Enhancements & Automation: Optimize lead management, automate lead distribution using built-in and custom logic, and configure lead portfolio movements.
2. Messaging & Communication Channels: Integrate WhatsApp and other messaging platforms for sales and customer service interactions, including automation of outbound messaging and SLA tracking.
3. User Management & Security: Manage permissions, roles, and licenses, ensuring seamless access control and compliance with security best practices.
4. Flows & Process Automation: Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce flows to enhance business process efficiency.
5. Queue & Dashboard Management: Configure and manage sales and support queues, ensuring efficient lead distribution and real-time reporting for agents.
6. Integrations & Reporting: Work on API-based integrations for lead imports, MS Teams and social media integrations, and configure scheduled reports to track key metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
2. Hands-on experience with Apex, Flows, and Process Automation.
3. Experience in WhatsApp and messaging channel integration.
4. Proficiency in permission sets, queues, and licenses management.
5. Ability to develop and customize Salesforce dashboards and reports.
6. Understanding of role-based access control and security measures.
