Senior Salesforce Developer

We, GTC, are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce development, including Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and integration with third-party applications. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Development:
   Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
   Build custom workflows, triggers, and process automations.
2. Integration and API Management:
   Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
   Ensure data integrity and security in integrations.
3. System Configuration and Customization:
   Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and page layouts.
   Implement data models, sharing rules, and security configurations.
4. Problem Solving and Debugging:
   Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
   Provide technical solutions to complex business problems.
5. Collaboration and Documentation:
   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
   Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes.
6. Performance Optimization:
   Optimize Salesforce processes for improved performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Skills:
   Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
   Experience with Mulesoft and Opportunities is Mandatory.
   Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, middleware).
   Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Workbench, and Developer Console.
   Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
   Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other web development technologies is a plus.
2. Certifications:
   Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
   Salesforce Platform Developer II, or other Salesforce certifications (preferred).
3. Experience:
   5+ years of Salesforce development experience. Forex Experience will be an added advantage.
   Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
4. Soft Skills:
   Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
   Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
2. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
3. Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
