Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our technology team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet our organization's specific needs. You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop custom functionalities. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing Salesforce applications and ensuring data integrity and security. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, and a passion for driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to define solution scope and objectives.
• Design and develop custom applications, features, and workflows on the Salesforce platform.
• Customize Salesforce configurations, including layouts, fields, objects, and reports, to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems, leveraging APIs and integration tools.
• Develop and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Create and maintain documentation of systems, processes, and customizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct unit testing and assist in system testing and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionalities and integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
• Salesforce Developer certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices.
• Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, security, and governance practices.
• Familiarity with Salesforce declarative development features, including workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizing Salesforce Community portals.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
