Salesforce Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, managing CRM-related projects, and identifying areas for improvement within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure that the Salesforce system meets the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
• Manage CRM-related projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget
• Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce configurations and customizations
• Provide training and support to end-users

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Salesforce certification is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
