We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales trainer to join our team in the real estate domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the sales capabilities of our real estate agents and team members. You will help develop and implement effective strategies to boost sales performance, improve client interactions, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Training Programs: Create, design, and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees in the sales team.
Sales Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions in person on various topics including sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and property knowledge.
Product & Market Knowledge: Ensure the team is up to date with current property offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes in the real estate industry.
Role-Playing & Simulations: Organize role-playing exercises and simulated sales scenarios to help agents practice and hone their sales skills.
Mentorship & Coaching: Provide on-the-job coaching, feedback, and mentorship to agents, helping them improve their sales performance.
Sales Techniques: Teach advanced sales strategies, such as consultative selling, closing techniques, lead generation, and overcoming objections.
Monitoring & Evaluation: Assess the performance of trainees and sales agents, offering constructive feedback and areas for improvement.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of training sessions, progress reports, and outcomes. Analyze training effectiveness and continuously refine training processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales leaders to align training objectives with business goals and sales targets.
Experience:
A minimum of 8 years of experience in training sales managers.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate market.
Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring sales managers.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, property types, and sales techniques.
