Job Description
Requirements:
• Inbound/Outbound trade desk calls.
• Assist client, institutional dealing desks when specific inquiries arise for trade, price feed and limit requests.
• Provide professional, personalized customer service of the highest level including directing clients to the available research, technical analysis and trade related services.
• Review client portfolios and provide RM/Sales staff with trade ideas.
• Liaise with Middle Office, Operations, Application Support and client side dealing desk teams, to provide practical feedback on trading applications and platforms. Assist UAT and Dev teams to test new features.
• Quality management - look for means of improving workflows and trading platforms as promoting quality and efficiency.
• Ability to increase trading volumes based on various campaigns.
• Analyze the various trading strategies and help develop trade related solutions.
