Job description

Driven Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our growing Commercial Department in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team of commercial real estate agents and oversee our operations in the commercial sector. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring high-performance outcomes within the Commercial Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of commercial agents, providing guidance and support to achieve their targets.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  4. Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and changes in the commercial sector, adjusting strategies as needed.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Monitor team performance and key metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to enhance service offerings and ensure seamless operations.
  7. Compliance: Ensure that the team adheres to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in commercial real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  3. Proven track record of sales success and team performance management.
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate practices, market dynamics, and trends.
  7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  8. Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  9. Valid UAE Driver's License.
  10. RERA License.
