Description

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  1. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve personal and team sales goals.
  2. Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to help them succeed in the real estate market.
  3. Monitor and track the team’s performance, ensuring that they meet or exceed sales targets, client satisfaction, and operational standards.
  4. Organize regular team meetings to discuss strategies, challenges, and market updates.
  5. Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.

Client Relations:

  1. Oversee and ensure that team members provide excellent customer service to both buyers and sellers.
  2. Assist clients in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and navigating any complex issues.
  3. Act as a top-tier negotiator, managing high-profile or high-value transactions.
  4. Ensure the team follows up regularly with past clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

Administrative & Operational Duties:

  1. Maintain proper records and documentation, including contracts, agreements, and client communications.
  2. Oversee the creation and management of sales listings, marketing materials, and other business documentation.

Training & Development:

  1. Continuously assess the team’s training needs and provide educational resources to enhance their skills.
  2. Host regular training sessions on sales tactics, market knowledge, and customer relationship management.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
  2. Previous leadership or management experience in real estate is a plus.
  3. Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and conditions.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to lead by example and inspire team success.
  6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Proficiency in real estate software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Experience in Dubai's Real Estate Industry.
