Job Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's objectives, ensuring team targets are met or exceeded.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability through regular feedback and coaching.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly in real-time.
Oversee the recruitment and training of new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance metrics, share best practices, and address challenges faced by the team.
Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to effectively position the company’s products and services.
Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
Manage the sales budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment and support team initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
A minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, showcasing proven success in managing sales teams.
Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is preferred, as it involves rapidly evolving markets and customer needs.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, reflecting strong strategic planning and execution skills.
Nationalities from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, facilitating communication with a broader client base.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
