Job description

We are a dynamic and results-driven company committed to driving business growth and expanding our market presence in Dubai. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team and play a key role in our expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  2. Identify New Business Opportunities: Continuously research and identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and clients to drive business expansion. Utilize industry trends and data to uncover potential business prospects.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Address and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Market Research and Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to proactively adjust business development strategies and remain competitive.
  5. Proposal Development & Presentations: Create compelling proposals and presentations for clients to showcase the value of our services and products. Customize solutions based on client needs.

Key Requirements:

  1. Strong UAE experience in Real Estate Brokerage for a minimum of 3 years.
  2. Leadership Skills - can manage up to 15 - 20 Brokers.
  3. Deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies for Real Estate setup.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  6. Highly motivated and target-driven.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt strategies as needed.
  8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  9. Valid UAE Driver's License.
