Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives, driving business growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of our immigration and recruitment services. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales team members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing guidance on immigration services and solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to support company growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the immigration industry.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes and recruitment services (knowledge of the immigration industry is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and drive results through effective communication and strategic planning.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
