JD Logistics is a leading global supply chain and logistics solutions provider, dedicated to innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence. As we continue to grow in the Middle East, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai and help drive our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the department head in improving and streamlining internal processes to ensure efficient and standardized operations.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize customer and sales data, preparing detailed sales reports as required.
• Manage and maintain key data within international customer contract systems, quotation systems, and other business platforms.
• Coordinate with finance, taxation, legal, and other internal teams to provide comprehensive support for sales operations.
• Monitor receivables and collection progress, ensuring the department meets overall collection targets while promoting online billing processes.
• Support sales teams by conducting regular market research, gathering competitive data, and contributing to business expansion strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a related role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and data management systems.
• Experience in contract management, quotation systems, and business operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
