Job description

We are hiring a skilled Sales Supervisor with proven experience in luxury leather goods, wallets, and perfumes retail to oversee operations at Mywalit. The role requires expertise in luxury product presentation, client relationships, and product knowledge, with a focus on maintaining a premium shopping experience.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Lead and coach the sales team to provide exceptional service to both regular and VIP customers.
  • Train staff on leather craftsmanship, product care, and perfume scent profiling.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain luxury merchandising standards, ensuring products are beautifully displayed and well-presented.
  • Build strong relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally to maintain brand reputation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in luxury leather goods, handbags, or perfumes retail.
  • Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of leather types, craftsmanship techniques, and perfume notes.
  • Experience in training teams on luxury customer service techniques and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience handling VIP clients and personalized consultations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Minimum 1-2 years proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion retail.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer profiling, and upselling methods.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work towards sales targets under pressure.
  • Experience working with leather goods, accessories, or perfumes is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable using POS systems.
  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
