Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new merchants for POS and acquiring solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses across various industries.
- Present and sell payment solutions, including POS terminals, payment gateways, and acquiring services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience 1-2 Years in POS sales, acquiring, or payments industry.
- Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, card payments, and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Familiarity with digital payments, fintech solutions, and banking relationships is an advantage.
- Fresher with finance background may also apply.
