Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the Orthopaedics sector.
  • Work closely with the Division Head to develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Orthopaedics community and KOLs
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate our Ortho products and related services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote our brand.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 Years Experience in the UAE Healthcare Market
  • Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar field
  • Specialization in the Ortho-Trauma Sector
  • Experience in the sales process, CRM follow-up, and quote creation.
  • Have a solid connection with the Orthopaedic Surgeons community, with a proven sales record.
  • Target-oriented daily visits to KOLs to achieve the allocated target
