Key Responsibilities
- Swiftly respond to leads and client inquiries, ensuring a proactive and client-centric approach.
- Efficiently manage leads and uphold consistent communication through a CRM system for streamlined operations.
- Serve as a liaison between sellers and buyers, facilitating a seamless closing process for a positive client experience.
- Evaluate client requirements and financial capacities to deliver tailored and effective real estate solutions.
- Guide clients through property transactions, including viewings, negotiations, and documentation, with a focus on exceptional service.
- Stay abreast of real estate laws, regulations, market trends, best practices, and financing options to provide informed advice.
- Present properties in a compelling manner, showcasing unique features to captivate and engage potential buyers.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and sales comparisons.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships by offering personalized and attentive service throughout their real estate journey.
- Expand professional connections and generate leads by actively participating in networking events and conferences.
- Leverage social media platforms to effectively showcase properties and reach a wider audience of potential buyers, maximizing visibility and engagement.

What we are looking for:
- Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience & understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai Real Estate market or Proven track record in Sales Closings.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Efficient lead management and CRM proficiency.
- Good customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with property showings, negotiations, and documentation processes is a plus.
- Independent work ability and effective teamwork.
- Professional and ethical conduct in all interactions.
- Prior experience or demonstrated success as a social media influencer in the real estate industry is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficient written and spoken English skills are essential for this role.
- Upbeat, positive, punctual, and ready for a challenge.
- Preferable to have a valid UAE driving license and car.
- RERA certification is a plus.
- Available to start work immediately.
