Job Title: Sales and Software Demo Specialist - ERP & CRM Solutions

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Software Demo Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for showcasing and demonstrating a wide range of software products, including ERP, CRM, and other enterprise solutions, to potential clients. This role requires excellent presentation skills, in-depth technical knowledge of the software, and the ability to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live and virtual product demonstrations, showcasing the capabilities of ERP, CRM, and other software solutions to prospective clients.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, propose suitable solutions, and drive the sales process from initial contact through to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with potential customers to understand their challenges, answer technical questions, and recommend the right software solutions.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to generate new leads.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying client needs and closing new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and competitive products to effectively position and differentiate the company’s solutions.
  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and marketing to align on strategies, client requirements, and product enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in software sales, particularly in ERP and CRM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and related enterprise software solutions, with the ability to demonstrate software features effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
