Changer is an exclusive, global, members-only club that caters to ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), fostering innovation, personal growth, and impact-driven investments. Our 300 members are trailblazers, forward-thinkers, and game-changers, sharing a combined net worth exceeding $10BN.

With headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, and a new chapter in Dubai, UAE, Changer offers unique opportunities to learn, invest, and grow through premium events, networking, and access to cutting-edge technologies. To qualify to become a member, a candidate should have proven $1M+ in liquid assets and a crystal reputation. Membership fee is 25,000 EUR per year.

We are on a mission to become the world's leading social club for wealth creators, and we're expanding our team. We're looking for a Sales Setter to help us engage and onboard new high-net-worth members in the Middle East market.

Role Overview

As a Sales Setter, your key responsibility will be to engage potential UHNWI leads from our advertising campaigns and high-profile events and guide them through the initial steps of becoming members of the Changer Club. Your role is crucial in establishing the first point of contact, building rapport, and setting up qualified meetings for the senior sales team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead Outreach: Engage with high-net-worth leads, nurturing them via calls and messages.
  • Appointment Setting: Qualify leads, build trust, and schedule meetings for senior sales executives (Closer).
  • CRM Management: Meticulously track all interactions in the CRM to ensure organized and effective follow-ups.
  • Target Achievement: Contribute to overall membership growth by consistently setting qualified appointments and reaching target KPIs.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven B2B Sales Experience: Experience selling premium services to UHNWI, particularly in financial services, corporate sales, or venture markets.
  • Expertise in Phone Sales: Comfortable and effective in managing warm outbound calls.
  • CRM Savvy: Skilled in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Industry Insight: Knowledge or interest in startups, wealth, psychology.
  • Fluent in Business English: Strong communication and relationship-building skills (Arabic, French or German as a second language is an advantage).
  • Driven & Results-Oriented: High energy, proactive attitude, and commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Remote Experience: Well-grounded in remote work, with the discipline and autonomy to manage tasks effectively.
